It has a very low memory footprint compared to other Web servers, and it takes care of CPU load. It has an advanced feature set that includes FastCGI, CGI, Auth, Output-Compression, URL-Rewriting, and much more. Changes: A native port for mingw32 has been added, and the "a PHP has killed itself" handling has been improved. All plugins are now conditional, and the SSL support has some fixes.
