- Panoramas. A special sight are the realistic panoramas that were built during the 19th century
before cinema was invented. I have visited panoramas in Moscow (Borodinskaya bitva / Borodino
battle), Luzern (Bourbaki), Stockholm (Biological Museum), and Scheveningen (in Holland). If you
